Applications:
Economical, efficient design for quality lighting in commercial, retail and
institutional applications. Designed for NEMA type G (grid) ceilings.
Construction:
Reflectors are constructed of highly polished anodized aluminum. Material form,
fit and thickness meets or exceeds all UL 1570 requirements. Computer Assisted
Design provides maximum light output, even light distribution, rigid strength
and ballast access without the use of tools. Die-formed code gauge
steel housing and ends. Embossed for strength and uniformity. Heavy-duty ends
attach to housing with interlocking tabs and screws. Integral EQ clips.
Quick access plate for convenient power connection. Door frames
available in flush steel and flush or recessed aluminum. Gasketed to prevent
light leakage. Steel hinges and rotary-action cam latches. Latching/hinging
reversible; door frame easily removed without tools.
Material: The standard
reflector material has a minimum of 93% Image Clarity (D/I) and 86%
Reflectivity (TR). The durable surface is highly resistent to scratching and
non-abrasive commercial cleaning solutions, making the reflector easy to clean.
Warranted for 25 years. All painted metal parts pretreated with a
phosphate bonding process and post-painted with an electrostatically-applied
high temperature baked white enamel for superior quality and durability.
Reflectance in excess of 89%.
Electrical:
Energy-saving and electronic Class P, CBM/ETL certified HPF ballasts comply
with federal Energy Efficiency Standards.
