| The Composer is constructed from welded,
code gauge steel with aluminum face plates. The console is factory wired with
receptacles for channel control cables and an AC power cable.
Some features:
- 2 conductor, shielded, low voltage communication with dimmers
(multiplexed).
- Factory set voltage between +/-24 volts to interface with most
manufacture's dimmers.
- Proportional "SOFT PATCH" up to 512 physical dimmers to a maximum
of 96 channels of control.
- Up to 96 channels of manual/memory/submaster control (in modules of 16).
- Inhibitive/Pile-On switch for each control channel/sub-master.
- Master intensity control for bump buttons.
- A/B split-dipless Cross Fader.
- Timer (1 second to 5 minute) for each cross fader.
- Grand Master with Black Out button.
- 8 programmable Group Faders.
- 10 programmable chase sequences.
- Speed, direction and intensity control of chase sequences.
- Preset/Memory mode selector switch.
- 20 key keypad for memory data entry during patch assigning, cue recording
and playback.
- Cues recorded or edited in memory live or blind using either manual
controls or keypad.
- 100 cues/memories per recorded show.
- 9 cue inserts between whole numbered cues.
- Automatic cue sequencing on/off button.
- Standard floppy disk drive which will hold all programmed patch, chase and
show information for up to 12 complete shows.
- CRT display for Stage, Blind, Patch, Cue Sheet and Help (modified User
Manual).
- Key activated power switch.
- Key activated switch for Cue Record, Patch Record and Memory Lock.
- Console work light with rotary dimmer.
- One year batter back-up.
- Industry standard ports for CRT and printer interface.

The Composer control console can be factory
modified to include controls for house lights, work lights, non-dim controls,
